Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is completed or your reservation is accepted.
• Prices include workshop instruction, materials, and applicable taxes.
• Alcohol is not included in the ticket and is not sold on this website.
• Each booking is for a specific date and time; changes are subject to availability.

Cancellations and changes

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before the session.
• Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• If we cancel a session, you can choose a full refund or a rescheduled date.

Attendance and conduct

• Please arrive 10 minutes early so the session can start on time.
• Follow the instructor and studio safety guidance during the class.
• Optional unlimited wine or prosecco bar access may be purchased on-site from the hosting venue for 20 PLN (EUR 5), subject to venue policy and availability.
• Guests must be 18+ with valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
• Alcohol service is handled by the hosting venue, not by Brush and Bubbles.
• We may refuse service to guests who are disruptive or intoxicated.

Photography

We sometimes host a photographer or take short videos during sessions for marketing and social media. We will clearly indicate when photography is happening. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, let the host know at the start of the session and we will accommodate you.

Materials and personal items

• Aprons are provided, but paint may stain clothing—dress accordingly.
• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items unless caused by our negligence.
• If you have allergies or sensitivities, please inform the host before the session.

Liability

Please keep personal belongings with you. We are not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Krakow.
